Ferrocene

Ferrocene has a unique structure where two carbon rings sandwich the middle metal (iron, represented by a pearl). This molecule is surprisingly stable, and scientists synthesized various analogs with different metals and carbon rings. The pearl and metal pieces are not glued because ferrocene carbon rings also spin at room temperature.
